1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp almond extract

2 ½ cup cake flour

1 Tbsp baking powder

½ tsp kosher salt

1 cup shredded, sweetened coconut

FOR THE FROSTING:

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

5 cups powdered sugar

¼ cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded, sweetened coconut
